A visit to the Estonian cafe 'Jää-äär' in Berlin

During my recent trip to Berlin I couldn't resist stopping by the Jää-äär cafe in Brunnenstraße. I love to see Estonian businesses flourishing outside of Estonia, in my opinion there should be more of them! Jää-äär cafe has been operating for a few years now and is not only an eatery but a creative event space as well.  Music, literature and other promotional functions take place here throughout the year.

Jäär-äär Cafe Berlin

It's always great to see Estonian language outside of Estonia!

Two of my favourite things about the cafe is the use of Estonian
textiles and a basket full of Estonian books.

Jää-äär cafe & creative event space is located at Brunnenstr. 56, Berlin

The latest of the commission’s annual report on how rules are being applied in member states confirms Estonia as the best example of all, for 2015.
