For those who prefer to travel further afield, Estonians have their favourite European getaway hotspots. The most popular foreign travel destinations for Estonians continue to be Finland (11%), Latvia (10%) and Spain (8%). Outside the EU, 6% of Estonians like to holiday in Turkey.
In 2025, people living in Estonia made 1.5 million foreign trips and nearly 3.1 million domestic trips.
