Getting Creative For Christrmas

I love Christmas! Every year without fail on the 1st of December I bring out my boxes of Christmas decorations and make my home sparkle with a display of colourful ornaments and trimmings. I must admit it's been a while since I've made any decorations of my own, years in fact. So this year, being the creative person I am, I set to work!

My supplies.
I often collect pines cones when I go for walks in the forest.
I've been doing it ever since I was a child. Today they came in handy!

My table decoration.
These are very popular in Germany.

Single candle table decoration.

Christmas wreath.
Not bad for a first attempt! Will try it again next year!

Beautiful Tallinn!

I saw this photo online this morning and simply had to share. It captures Tallinn beautifully!  Tallinn is most definitely a magical fairytale city in the winter. There is no doubt! In a few days time I will be Tallinn once again and plan to stand at this lookout. It's one of the best vantage points in town!
